Since scheduled training webinars were filling your in-boxes and calendars, we’ve done away with the wait and are offering all our training sessions on-demand, so you can view them on your own timeline. We’ve updated the Fraternal Training page to make our on-demand training more easily accessible. Visit kofc.org/training to find online training for state, council, district and assembly officers, as well as important instruction for handling Operations (including Administration, Finances and Forms), Growth & Retention, and Programs & Engagement. Training is updated on a continuing basis, and new titles are added regularly. The Fraternal Training page is also where you can go to register for upcoming episodes of the FLA Live! Webinar series or view them on-demand. And while you’re there, you can also review essential Officer Resources and our Library of short how-to videos in the Fraternal Video Library. |

Council Forms #185 & #365 – DUE NOW |
Every local council should be submitting their Officer Report Form #185 and Program Personnel Report Form #365 as soon as possible for this fraternal year. Submission of these report forms in a timely fashion is the only way that local councils can let the Supreme Council know who needs to receive council officer leadership information and programming communications throughout the fraternal year. Important Reminders for Fraternal Leaders |
District DeputyEnsure all your councils have submitted the Semi-Annual Council Audit (#1295) which was due August 15. These audits are necessary to maintain the bonding on council treasurers and financial secretaries. Share this short tutorial on how to successfully complete and submit this form.Complete an Annual Report on Council Status (#944) for each council in your district, whether functioning or not. These easy online reports should be submitted right after the District Organization Meeting – don’t wait until the deadline of September 15. You can find a short tutorial on how to successfully complete and submit this form on the “Forms” tab of the Fraternal Video Library.The Installation of Council Officers should be completed as soon as practical and as close as possible to the start of the new fraternal year. The script can be found in the publication Protocol, Meetings, and Ceremonials (#11620), which is available to download, or can be ordered through Supplies Online.As you work on your DD Annual Report #944, please report if your councils ran Cor last year and if they will start or run Cor again this year.Please remind councils that the EFF director position needs to be submitted via a separate form Council EFF Director Submission Form for Fraternal Year 2025-2026 (online submission only). |
Grand KnightThe Report of Officers Chosen for the Term (#185) and Service Program Personnel Report (#365) were due by June 30. Your council must submit these forms to be eligible for the Star Council Award.If your council has not submitted the Semiannual Council Audit (#1295) which was due August 15, please do so immediately.Build a strong leadership bench by identifying future leaders of your council, empowering them to run initiatives, and mentoring them on fraternal operations.Share the Program Forms Reference Guide with all council officers and directors. This resource provides filing instructions for every program with a link to the necessary form.Council EFF Director Submission Form. New Faith in Action Program – Remembering Our Faithful DepartedThe Remembering Our Faithful Departed program calls upon councils to honor and pray for the deceased members of their council, families, and parish community. By commemorating the dearly departed, and asking for the intercession of the saints, Knights can help others overcome the grief that accompanies the death of a loved one, strengthen family bonds, promote the unique cultural and religious traditions of their parishes, and help the suffering souls in purgatory. Watch Your Mailbox: Annual Survey Arriving Soon! |
You and the members of your council will soon be receiving the 2025 Annual Survey in the mail. This survey is an opportunity for each Brother Knight to update us so that we can better support him and his family. The survey can be completed and returned via mail OR completed online by following the instructions in the packet. We ask that you lead by example and complete your survey and encourage others in your council to do the same. Upon receiving your updates, we’ll be better able to inform you of the member benefits applicable to you and your family – benefits you may not be taking advantage of yet. You deserve the opportunity to take advantage of all the exclusive benefits offered to you as a Brother Knight.Every Knight that completes this year’s Annual Survey will be entered for a chance to win a Knights of Columbus RTIC Cooler. |
