How to Reach 100% of Membership Quota in 4 Months and Win BIG! |
Let’s start the new Fraternal Year strong and invite more men to join us on our mission! The Supreme Council Home Office is challenging all councils to achieve 100% of your 2025-2026 Fraternal Year membership quota between July 1 – October 31, 2025.* To promote some friendly competition, the top recruiting councils in insurance jurisdictions will be eligible to receive monetary prizes to host a parish/council event and be featured on our official social media pages. |
Reaching 100% of your quota by October 31 is possible when you plan now. Start by working with your district deputy to create a membership growth strategy using the Fishers of Men Guidebook as your go-to resource. Consider the following as you plan: There are many resources on Supplies Online to help you recruit. These include the Fishers of Men catalog, membership videos to use at events and on council social media accounts, and more.Ask your pastor if there are men in your parish he thinks would be good additions to your council. Personally invite these men — sample messages are available in the Fishers of Men Guidebook.Plan at least one Church Drive. Partner with your local general agent and/or field agent — they’re professional recruiters who can offer valuable assistance with your event.Remember, inviting men isn’t as much about meeting your growth quotas as it is about extending the hand of brotherhood to the next generation. With more men, we can do more of our mission. Stay tuned to the FLA and additional emails throughout the next 4 months for more tips, competition status and motivation to reach your goals. *Incentive applies to insurance jurisdictions only. |
