Council and District leaders are encouraged to attend our informative webinar on Thursday, June 20th at 8:00 PM ET. We will highlight valuable fraternal Resources To Help You Succeed. Learn about all the resources available from Supreme and your state, and how to use those resources to make your council operate at peak efficiency. Incoming council officers and district deputies should attend regardless of their experience levels. Updates and changes to the resources will be covered. Important Reminders for Fraternal Leaders |
District Deputy Remind councils that RSVP and Food for Families refund applications are due by June 30. Ensure councils hold their election of officers by June 15 and submit the Report of Officers Chosen for the Term (#185) and Service Program Personnel Report (#365) by June 30. Submitting these forms via Member Management is the best way to ensure officers and directors receive timely access to Officers Online and critical communications from the Supreme Council.Confirm each council’s progress toward earning the Star Council Award. Verify Safe Environment compliance and the submittal of Fraternal Benefit Seminar Forms (#11077).ASAP Application Forms must be received by June 30. Continue to encourage councils to make contributions to local pregnancy centers or maternity homes to help us reach our $5 million goal. |
Grand Knight Consider holding an in-person Exemplification of Charity, Unity and Fraternity before the end of the fraternal year. This is a great way to bring the community together and add new members to your council.Schedule a transition meeting with outgoing and incoming officers and directors to ensure a smooth transition of leadership and continuity in council operations.Complete the Fraternal Benefit Seminar Form (#11077) as soon as possible after participating in an approved seminar. For awards consideration these forms must be received by June 30. |
Financial Secretary Submit the Report of Officers Chosen for the Term (#185) and Service Program Personnel Report (#365) by June 30 using the easy Member Management system.Timely processing of member additions and changes is critical as we approach the end of the fraternal year. If your council is on track to earn Star Council, all form 100s need to be processed by June 30. The quickest and easiest way to process form 100s is via the Candidate Tab on Officers Online. |

New Eucharistic Holy Hour Video Available |
![]() The National Eucharistic Pilgrimage has begun! Our Lord is traversing the United States and traveling across four routes to Indianapolis for the National Eucharistic Congress. As He makes His way through various dioceses, more and more people will have the opportunity to encounter Him in Eucharistic holy hours. As we continue to promote devotion to Jesus in the Blessed Sacrament and help men and women grow deeper in faith, we have produced a new video “What is a Eucharistic Holy Hour?” Visit kofc.org/Eucharist to watch this new video that provides an explanation of what happens during a Holy Hour. As a reminder, there are many other resources available there on the Holy Eucharist. |
