A profound “openness to life” led Joe and Tiffany Ampe to adopt two children with special needs from Ukraine four years ago, a decision which later opened opportunities to help those affected by war. “It was such a blessing to bring these boys home,” says Joe, “and the blessings never stopped pouring out.”

The Order celebrated the second-ever feast day of Blessed Michael McGivney on Aug. 13 — the day after his birthday in 1852 and the day before his death in 1890. Devotion to Father McGivney continues to grow since his beatification in 2020; this issue of Knightline shares several stories of prayers offered to the Knights of Columbus founder and a remarkable favor received through his intercession.
