Worthy State Deputy, State Officers, Past State Deputies, Major Directors, Diocesan Deputies, Assistant Diocesan Deputies, District Deputies, Grand Knights, Financial Secretaries & General Agents:Here are some notes on things that will be important as we go through the month of December and prepare for the second half of the Fraternal Year.
\u200aFebruary Council Audit No Longer RequiredBased on the changes noted below, councils are now required to submit only one annual audit due August 15:<\/strong>\u00a0Resolution 402 was passed by the delegates of the 2025 Supreme Council Meeting in Washington, DC which changed Section 145 of the Charter Constitution and Laws, to require the Board of Trustees to \u201caudit the accounts of the Financial Secretary and Treasurer and report thereon annually to their council, according to rules set by the Board of Directors.\u201d\u00a0Subsequently, the Board of Directors voted that these audits are to be based on the period from July 1 to June 30, with the\u00a0Annual Audit Report<\/em>\u00a0due to the Supreme Council on August 15.
