We\u2019ve updated the Fraternal Training page to make our on-demand training more easily accessible. Visit kofc.org\/training<\/a> to find online training for state, council, district and assembly officers, as well as important instruction for handling Operations (including Administration, Finances and Forms), Growth & Retention, and Programs & Engagement. Training is updated on a continuing basis, and new titles are added regularly.

Council Forms #185 & #365 – DUE NOW<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

Important Reminders for Fraternal Leaders<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n
District Deputy<\/strong>Ensure all your councils have submitted the Semi-Annual Council Audit<\/a> <\/strong>(#1295) which was due August 15. These audits are necessary to maintain the bonding on council treasurers and financial secretaries. Share this short tutorial<\/a> on how to successfully complete and submit this form.Complete an Annual Report on Council Status<\/a> (#944) for each council in your district, whether functioning or not. These easy online reports should be submitted right after the District Organization Meeting \u2013 don\u2019t wait until the deadline of <\/strong>September 15. You can find a short tutorial on how to successfully complete and submit this form on the \u201cForms\u201d tab of the Fraternal Video Library.The Installation of Council Officers<\/a> should be completed as soon as practical and as close as possible to the start of the new fraternal year<\/a>. The script can be found in the publication Protocol, Meetings, and Ceremonials<\/a> (#11620), which is available to download, or can be ordered through Supplies Online.As you work on your DD Annual Report #944, please report if your councils ran Cor<\/em> last year and if they will start or run Cor<\/em> again this year.Please remind councils that the EFF director position needs to be submitted via a separate form Council EFF Director Submission Form<\/a> for Fraternal Year 2025-2026 (online submission only).<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n
Grand Knight<\/strong>The Report of Officers Chosen for the Term<\/a> (#185) and Service Program Personnel Report<\/a> (#365) were due by June 30. New Faith in Action Program \u2013 Remembering Our Faithful Departed<\/strong>The Remembering Our Faithful Departed<\/em><\/strong> program calls upon councils to honor and pray for the deceased members of their council, families, and parish community. By commemorating the dearly departed, and asking for the intercession of the saints, Knights can help others overcome the grief that accompanies the death of a loved one, strengthen family bonds, promote the unique cultural and religious traditions of their parishes, and help the suffering souls in purgatory. You and the members of your council will soon be receiving the 2025 Annual Survey in the mail. This survey is an opportunity for each Brother Knight to update us so that we can better support him and his family. The survey can be completed and returned via mail OR completed online by following the instructions in the packet.
We ask that you lead by example and complete your survey and encourage others in your council to do the same. Upon receiving your updates, we\u2019ll be better able to inform you of the member benefits applicable to you and your family \u2013 benefits you may not be taking advantage of yet.
