The tireless work of Knights of Columbus around the world bears witness to the dignity of every human life. Advocating for the right to life of unborn children and the needs of pregnant women, thousands of Knights and their families recently took part in the 50th annual March for Life in Washington, D.C.; the Order also partnered with Sisters of Life to welcome more than 4,000 young people to Life Fest and celebrate vital truths about life and love. Meanwhile, the Knights’ ongoing humanitarian efforts in Ukraine include delivering wheelchairs to those in need and affirming the dignity of disabled victims of war. |

Next Steps“The end of Roe represents a crucial milestone. Bearing Joyful Witness “God doesn’t make mistakes,” Casey Gunning, a teacher’s aide and Special Olympics athlete, said at Life Fest Jan. 20. “He gives every life as a gift. God has given my life a meaning and a purpose and a very special mission — to love.” The joy-filled event, held at the D.C. Entertainment and Sports Arena before the March for Life, featured dynamic speakers, music, eucharistic adoration, and Mass celebrated by Supreme Chaplain Archbishop William Lori. WATCH NOW |

Knights Deliver Hope in UkraineIn war-torn Ukraine, thousands of people are in need of mobility equipment that the government is unable to provide. Seeing this shortage, Knights worked with the Canadian Wheelchair Foundation to bring wheelchairs into the country and distribute them to amputees and others with disabilities. “I’ve worked with the Knights of Columbus since 2006, and I cannot say enough about them,” said Christina Flessner, executive director of the Canadian Wheelchair Foundation. “It seems they are truly Knights in action. ![]() On Feb. 6, Louis Graziano, charter member and past grand knight of Father Larry Endrizzi Council 6918 in Thomson, Georgia, will celebrate his 100th birthday. Graziano, a World War II veteran and the last known living witness to the German surrender, received the French Legion of Honor on Sept. 17, 2021. In recognition of his service and in honor of his milestone birthday, Graziano’s family requests that cards and greetings be sent by mail:Louis Graziano 238 W.
