Two years ago on Oct. 31, Father Michael J. McGivney was declared “Blessed” in a Mass and beatification ceremony at the Cathedral of St. Joseph in Hartford, Connecticut. Today, we pray for Father McGivney’s canonization as we recall remarkable favors attributed to his intercession. |

‘My Baby Needed a Miracle’When Manuel and Eugenia Blain’s unborn son was diagnosed with hydrops, a serious and often fatal illness, doctors recommended abortion. The Blains refused and, inspired by the miraculous healing of Mikey Schachle in 2015, chose to pray to Blessed Michael McGivney for a miracle instead. WATCH HERE |
